The following describes the terms of use upon which Setas Group AB, Lidkoping, Sweden ("SnusMe") offers you access to its Website (the "Site") and the terms you accept by accessing the Site.
General
Our practices comply with the Privacy Protection Law. When you, as a private individual, submit your personal details, you're agreeing to us storing and using this information to manage our services and commitments to you. Rest assured, your personal data is protected by this law, and you can request details about it or ask for its removal whenever you choose.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to complete a purchase on our site. We have a strict policy against selling nicotine products to anyone under the age of 18. Any deceptive orders are subject to tracking and reporting to law enforcement, and we will pursue compensation for any financial losses through legal channels.
Customs Fees And Taxes
SnusMe explicitly disclaims all liability for resolving issues or sending replacement goods if your order is seized by customs. Therefore, it is the final customer or buyer who is accountable for paying any required taxes and duties and for monitoring all relevant import rules in their country.
Payment and Delivery
We make paying easy by offering various options through our trusted partner Nets Denmark A/S (“Nets”). When you choose a payment method, you'll also be agreeing to that provider's specific terms and conditions. Please ensure you're fully authorized to use the payment method you select. If your card can't be verified, is invalid, or isn't otherwise accepted, your order might be automatically suspended or canceled.
Delivery will be made within 3 days unless it is stated at the order that delivery time is longer. We ship during normal work days, Monday to Fridays. Unfortunately, SnusMe cannot influence any delays caused by customs.
No warranty
At SnusMe, we work hard to provide you with our site and services, but please understand they come "as is." That means SnusMe and our suppliers can't offer any guarantees or warranties, whether explicit or implied, about them.
Specifically, we don't promise any implied warranties like title, merchantability (that it's fit for general use), suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement (that it doesn't violate any rights). Keep in mind that some places don't allow us to disclaim implied warranties, so this might not apply everywhere.
Liability limit
In no event shall SnusMe or its suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Site, our Services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence).
Change of mind, cancellations and returns
Since our products are perishable, we can't accept returns or cancellations if you simply change your mind.
However, if you contact our customer service team before your order ships, we might be able to give you a full refund. Once your order has left our warehouse, we can't cancel or refund it. The same goes for returns – we won't issue refunds on items that have already been shipped and returned.
Shipping Clearance Time and Responsibility Disclaimer
Just so you know, the shipping time for your order can differ based on several factors. These include how long customs takes to process things, the courier's schedule, and specific regulations in the country it's going to. We always work to ship your items fast, but sometimes, delays happen that we can't control.
As a store, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local delivery disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that customers monitor their shipment's tracking details and contact the shipping carrier for updates if needed.
